Website hosting is a service that makes your site accessible on the internet.

Website Maintenance includes regularly updating and maintaining your site. It is crucial to ensure that your site is running at full capacity. Just like vehicles, websites require maintenance to operate properly.

Website maintenance includes, content updates (explained in next section), hosting, WordPress updates, plug in updates, SSL certificate, daily backups, security monitoring, supported browsers compatibility testing, and site speed.

Website maintenance includes content updates to existing pages, but it does not include, adding additional copy, adding additional pages, product add ons, or product updates. This is billed separately at $75 an hour.

Here are some examples of content updates:

You want to change or remove some copy and swap an image on an existing page. There is no additional fee to make this update.

You want to add a new service page and you want to and an image to a page that doesn’t have an image. This is billed at $75 an hour.

Don’t worry we will always notify you if there will be an update fee before we make any updates.

We typically complete the requested update within two business days; although most of the time we can get to it within 24 hours on weekdays.

Unfortunately, the increase in private servers and hosting has increased significantly that we can no longer absorb the cost.
